7. Right to Change, Modify or Terminate MSS Web Site and this Terms of Use agreement. Without prejudice to any other rights that MSS may have, MSS reserves the right and sole discretion to change, limit, terminate, modify at any time, temporarily or permanently cease to provide the MSS web site or any part thereof to any user or group of users, or this Terms of Use Agreement, without prior notice and for any reason or no reason. You acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for keeping up with any such changes. In the event you or MSS terminate this Agreement, you must immediately stop using the MSS web site.

Any legal action or proceeding related to this web site shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction sitting in the Union Territory of Pondicherry.

11. Miscellaneous. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, then such provision shall be severable without affecting the enforceability of all remaining provisions.
